As the Fachschafts' grievance box we are your point of contact for problems during your studies. Be it personal problems with lecturers, student representatives or fellow students or other institutional problems. We will listen to your concerns and try to help you as best we can or forward you / your problems to the appropriate instances. Feel free to contact us if you need help!

How you can reach us:

Contact form: The quickest way to contact us is via the form on the Fachschafts' website. You can send us your request there without having to enter an e-mail address. However, if you would like us to contact you, you also have the option of entering one.

Fachschafts' council mailbox: You are welcome to drop your request in our Fachschafts' council mailbox (next to the Fachschafts' council room in the HISKP). There are envelopes available for this purpose, which you can use to anonymize your request. These will only be opened by the grievance box committee.

E-mail: If you do not want everyone from the grievance box committee to receive your request or if you feel more comfortable discussing topics with only one specific person, you can also send us your request to the e-mail addresses below.

Discord: You can find us on Discord on the Fachschafts' council server. All current members of the grievance box have the role of the grievance box committee there.
